This notice is posted in compliance with Public Act 267 of 1976, as amended. The Open Meetings Act, MCL41.72a (2) (3) and the American’s with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Individuals with disabilities requiring auxiliary aids or services should contact Bessemer’s Clerk at 906-663-4311 at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled meeting.
Zoning Board of Appeals
The City Council also acts as the Zoning Board of Appeals for individuals wanting to appeal a decision made by the Zoning Administrator or Planning Commission. More information about the Zoning Board of Appeals can be found on page 238 of the Zoning Ordinance or by clicking the button to the right.
